OnePlus 100W SuperVOOC Charger Launched, May Be Able To Fully Charge Upcoming OnePlus 11 In 25

We are about to witness the launch of the OnePlus 11 in China soon and ahead of the official unveiling, the handset maker has unveiled its new SuperVOOC fast charger. Called the OnePlus 100W SuperVOOC charger, the charger comes with dual ports: with a USB Type-C port and a USB Type-A port, the media has reported. A key highlight of the OnePlus 100W SuperVOOC charger is its support for up to 100W fast charging. OnePlus’ new charger also comes with PD charging of up to 65W, which may be able to support charging of most laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Currently, smartphone makers are not making dual chargers. However, Belkin has a range of good dual chargers. The Belkin BoostCharge Pro Dual USB-C GaN wall charger comes with PPS charging technology that optimises the output voltage for the devices connected to the charger. The wall charger supports dual ports, which offer a maximum output of 65W, or a combined output of 45W and 20W.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 100W charger may have the ability to fully charge the upcoming flagship OnePlus 11 within 25 minutes. There is no official confirmation if OnePlus would bundle the 100W charger inside the smartphone’s retail box. To recall, the OnePlus 10T, the last smartphone from OnePlus, comes with a 150W fast charger bundled in the box.

The upcoming OnePlus 11 is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset. OnePlus 11 is likely to come with a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display and the screen may offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. For selfies, there could be a punch-hole camera cut at the top of the display. The OnePlus 11 may come with a triple rear camera on the back, led by a 50MP primary rear camera coupled with a 48MP ultra-wide sensor and a 32MP telephoto sensor. The primary camera may come with Hasselblad branding.

The OnePlus 11 may be unveiled with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage and the smartphone is likely to boot Android 13 OS out of the box.

Other expected specs of the OnePlus 11 include an in-display fingerprint sensor and Dolby Atmos, 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and USB Type-C port for charging.

Samsung is also expected to launch its much-awaited Galaxy S23 series in the first half of 2023.
