OnePlus is set launch its next flagship phone OnePlus 10 Pro. Alleged features and specifications of the phone have been doing rounds for weeks. Now a new leak claims that OnePlus 10 Pro may offer fastest wired charging yet. According to a report in XDA Developers, OnePlus 10 Pro will offer 80W wired fast charging support and 50W wireless fast charging support. The report quotes Digital Chat Station post on Weibo.
The current generation top-end phone from OnePlus, OnePlus 9 Pro, offers 65W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. This means that while the company may offer same Watt wireless charging, it may increase the wired charging to 65W. Another upgrade is said to be coming in battery, OnePlus 10 Pro is said to sport 5000 mAh capacity, 500 more than OnePlus 9 Pro’s 4500 mAh capacity.
OnePlus 10 Pro’s rumoured specifications
OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to be the first big smartphone launch of the year 2021. Reports suggest that the company may launch OnePlus 10 Pro in the first quarter of 2022. Other rumoured specifications of the OnePlus 10 Pro include 6.7-inch 1440p LTPO display with a peak refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone may offer 32MP camera on front. At the back, there are likely to be will be three cameras — 48MP primary camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP 3x telephoto camera.
OnePlus 10 Pro will run on Qualcomm‘s latest flagship chipset the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The phone may come in two combinations of RAM and storage configurations, 8GB and 12GB RAM and 128GB and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
