One has been wounded after an Israeli civilian vehicle was hit by an explosive in the Hermesh area, located in northern Samaria, Army Radio said in an initial report on Thursday afternoon.
In response to the initial report, the IDF said that soldiers had been dispatched to the scene and that “the cause of the damage is currently unknown, and the details are under review.”
