KOLKATTA : OBC Railway Employees Union South Eastern Railway General Secretary Krishna Mohan Prasad in his online address to the OBC office bearers of Railway Divisions said that on the foundation day of the Indian Constitution, all the office bearers should take a pledge to take the preamble of the Indian Constitution to the masses. He said that the Constitution is the basis of Indian democracy and its basic spirit is public welfare. The soul of the public welfare constitution is the preamble of the Indian constitution.
From independence till today, the work of ensuring the progress of the country and making the common citizens of India strong by providing basic facilities to them is possible only because of the Indian Constitution.

Mr. Prasad said that the success of Indian democracy is an example for the whole world despite different caste, religion, language and culture and all the countries of the world are the Indian Constitution and its creator Bharat Ratna in ensuring India’s national unity and India’s power.
