Noida: Schools To Remain Closed Tomorrow Following Heavy Rainfall Alert From IMD

Schools in Noida will remain closed tomorrow following a severe rainfall alert from IMD. The district school examiner’s office Gautam Buddha Nagar district released a circular today, July 13, directing all schools in the district to be closed on Friday, July 14. The move from the district administration comes as a precautionary move following a heavy rainfall alert from the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). Owing to the increased water levels in the Yamuna River due to incessant rains, and the probability of further rains, the district officer hereby directs all schools till Class 12 to be closed tomorrow, July 14,” reads the circular form the district school examiner’s office, Gautam Buddha Nagar district.
