As she turns 29 today, the ‘Airlift’ actress hopes to make the most of the coming year, “I try to make promises to myself every year, but it is difficult to keep up with them. But this year, I do want to learn horse riding. That has been on the top of my list. I had hurt my calf last year while exercising, it took me almost three months to recover from that. I wanted to start horse riding at that time, but hopefully I’ll achieve it this year.” Ask her about her best birthday memories and the actress quips, “When I was growing up, my birthday would always be in the middle of examinations. So the biggest gift that I would get during that time was exams being delayed or getting over before my birthday. I would feel relieved that I don’t have to write for a paper or prepare for an exam on my birthday. After school this problem went away and I realized I could actually celebrate my birthday in a grand manner.”
Prepping for an exciting professional year ahead, Nimrat will soon be seen in ‘Dasvi’, wherein she shares the frame with Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam. “I am very excited about this film. I have never enjoyed myself so much, preparing for a part. It has been really one of the most enjoyable characters of my career,” Nimrat signs off.
