The National Investigation Agency (NIA) will investigate the Khalistani attacks in March 2023 outside the Indian High Commission in Canada and the US. These demonstrations took place in protest against the Punjab Police action against Khalistani supporter Amritpal Singh.

In this case, the Special Cell of Delhi Police had registered a case under UAPA. Police sources said that now the case has been transferred to the NIA.

There was a demonstration outside the Indian High Commission in London
A large number of Khalistani supporters reached the Indian High Commission in London on 19 March. Here they vandalized first and later removed the tricolor installed here. India strongly objected to this.

These people had the Khalistani flag and Amritpal Singh’s posters in their hands.

Wrote on the posters, ‘Free Amritpal Singh’ (free Amritpal Singh), ‘We want justice’ (we want justice) and ‘We stand with Amritpal Singh’ (we are with Amritpal Singh).

The British High Commissioner was summoned to Delhi on this matter. Meanwhile, a bigger tricolor was hoisted at the High Commission than before.

The tricolor was hoisted from the roof of the Indian High-Commission in London. Khalistani supporters stood in front of the building.

Recently, Khalistani supporters of America had threatened the Indian Ambassador there, Taranjit Singh Sandhu, during the protests. He had said that hypocrisy would come to an end. The ambassador may meet the same fate as former President of India Zail Singh in 1994.

On this, America had said that violence or threats of violence against diplomats in the United States is a matter of serious concern, it will not be tolerated.
