Nepal’s Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and his wife Arju Rana Deuba are reaching Varanasi in a short time. A 40-member team is also coming with them. CM Yogi Adityanath himself will welcome his delegation at the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Varanasi.
Folk dance and music programs have started from the morning on the arrival of the Prime Minister of Nepal at 15 places in Varanasi. It can be said that the PM of Nepal is going to visit Incredible India in Kashi. During the welcome, CM Yogi will present him an angavastra made of Zardozi made in Kashi, on which the flags of India and Nepal have been made.

In this cultural event, the aura of the folk culture of entire Uttar Pradesh is visible since morning. When Prime Minister Deuba will hear the sound of Damru in Shrikashi Vishwanath temple, Baba will enjoy the shehnai at Kalabhairav Tiraha. This entire event is being organized by the Department of Culture, Uttar Pradesh. Artists from all over Uttar Pradesh have reached Varanasi for these programs and are performing folk dances from western UP to Bundelkhand, Awadh, Purvanchal and Sonanchal etc.
The Prime Minister of Nepal will perform Darshan Puja at Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Kashi Vishwanath Dham is decorated with flowers and garlands and the national flag of India-Nepal.
The tribals of Sonbhadra are doing dance
Peacock dance, walli, paidanda folk dance has started even before the arrival of Deuba in Varanasi. At the same time, tribal folk dance of Sonbhadra is being performed at Saraikaji Bus Stand. Natwari folk dance at the gate of Seth Jaipuria School located in Tarna, tribal dance of Sonbhadra at Sant Atulanand Tiraha, Rai dance of Bundelkhand at Circuit House, Dhobia of Awadh and Faruwahi folk dance of Purvanchal are being done at the circuit house.
The Prime Minister of Nepal will visit the Nepali temple at Lalita Ghat in Varanasi.
Dhedhiya folk dance performance
Deuba’s convoy will also visit Kachari and Taj Hotel Tirahe, where they will be welcomed with tribal and peacock folk dances. Musk Bean and Dhobia Folk Dances at Chowkaghat, Various Folk Dances at Lahurabeer Crossing, Peacock Dance at Maidagin Square and Bam Rasiya (Nagada) will be performed. After this, the PM’s convoy will reach Kalbhairav Tiraha, where artists will perform Shehnai and Dhedhiya folk dances. After this, there will be a program of dhobia and various folk dances at the Chowk and damaru playing at Shrikashi Vishwanath temple.
Will visit Pashupatinath temple
Sher Bahadur Deuba Baba Shrikashi Vishwanath and Nepalese temple in Kashi will be able to witness the Ganga Aarti as well as worship. CM Yogi Adityanath will be with him on this occasion. Let us tell you that the history of Nepali temple is more than 200 years old. It was built on the lines of the Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The temple situated near Lalita Ghat looks exactly like Pashupatinath from outside. That is why it is also called Pashupatinath of Kashi. During this, the Prime Minister of Nepal will see a film made on Kashi Vishwanath Dham as well as hold a meeting with the people of the Nepali community.
Zardozi’s Angavastram will welcome
The Prime Minister of Nepal will be welcomed from this Angavastram in Kashi.
During his arrival in Varanasi, the Prime Minister of Nepal, Sher Bahadur Deuba will be welcomed with Angavastram made of GI Craft Zardozi. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will present this to him. Padmashree Dr. Rajinikanth of Varanasi, who prepared Angavastram, told that the flag of India has been made on one side and Nepal on the other side and the names of both the countries have been written. It has been prepared by Shadab, a Zardozi artisan of Lallapura. Angavastram was handed over to the district administration on Saturday itself.
