NEET PG 2024 Result To Be Released Soon On natboard.edu.in; How To Check

NEET PG Result 2024: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is set to announce the NEET PG results soon. Candidates who appeared for the exam conducted on August 11, 2024, can check their qualifying status on the official website at natboard.edu.in. Over 2 lakh candidates appeared for NEET PG 2024, and they are now eagerly awaiting the results. 

Along with the NEET PG results, the NBEMS will also release the category-wise cut-off marks. Candidates who score at or above the cut-off marks will qualify for the examination.

The NBEMS conducted the NEET PG 2024 exam on August 11 across 416 centers in 170 cities. This year, students have the opportunity to secure admission to 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS), 922 PG Diploma, and 1,338 DNB CET seats.

Candidates who appeared for the NEET PG exam can follow these steps to check and download their results:

  • Visit the official website at natboard.edu.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the NEET PG 2024 result link.
  • The merit list PDF (result) will be displayed on your screen.
  • Use Ctrl+F to search for your name.
  • View and download the PDF.

NEET PG Result: Last Year’s Cut-Off

The NEET PG cut-off marks for the previous year were as follows: 291 for General and EWS categories, 274 for General-PwBD candidates, and 257 for SC, ST, and OBC candidates (including PwBD of SC/ST/OBC).

What Is NEET PG Exam?

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) is an entrance exam conducted for admission to various MD (Doctor of Medicine), MS (Master of Surgery), and PG Diploma courses across India. Administered annually by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) in a computer-based format, NEET PG scores are also used for admission to postgraduate MBBS DNB courses.

The exam provides candidates with the opportunity to secure 13,649 MS seats, 26,168 MD seats, and 922 PG Diploma seats in medical colleges across the country.
