NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Sunday said his party’s full support was with Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
“Our party’s full support is with CM Uddhav Thackeray… I have come to Delhi to join Yashwant Sinha for his nomination tomorrow for the presidential election,” Pawar said.
The NCP supremo also held closed-door meetings with MVA leaders from the NCP, Congress ministers Balasaheb Thorat and Ashok Chavan, and Shiv Sena’s Anil Parab and Anil Desai to discuss the political fallout of the six-day-old rebellion.
