Tek Ram, secretary of Manikarna Panchayat told that since 2 days blue light is shining in Parvati river in front of Khushi Ram Upamanya’s house near Manikarna bus stand. No light was seen during the day, but as soon as the night fell, the blue light was seen shining in the river on the second day also.
