The miscreants accused a young man of molesting a woman and killed three of his family members. The accused opened fire on the Dalit family. One person is seriously injured.
In Damoh, 3 members of a Dalit family were shot dead. One member is injured, who has been admitted to the hospital. The reason for the murder is said to be molestation of the woman of the accused family. The accused is absconding since the incident.
Injured Mahesh Ahirwal said, “The lady of Jagdish Patel’s family had accused my nephew Kailash of staring at him. Due to which there was an argument on Monday evening. More than a dozen people reached home at around 6.30 am on Tuesday. These included Laggi, Kodulal, Ghanshyam, Vandana. As soon as he arrived, he started firing bullets. Mahesh said, “My father, proud Ahirwal (60), mother Rajpyari (58), elder brother Patel died on the spot due to bullet injuries.
Damoh Collector and SP reached the spot as soon as the news of the incident was received. SP DR Teniwar says that 3 people of the same family have been murdered in Devran village.
