Went missing from Toronto on Thursday
The body of Ayush, 23, son of Palanpur DSP Rameshbhai Dakhar, a native of Sidsar village, was found three days ago in a suspicious condition. Ayush was studying in Canada. Ayush was in Toronto last Monday and went missing from here. His body was found under a bridge about 20 km from Toronto on Tuesday afternoon. However, Ayush’s medical report is yet to come. Only after this the truth of his suspicious death will be known.

Was missing on 5 May
According to information received from the family, Ayush took admission in the year 2019 at York University in Toronto to study computer engineering. Ayush lived in Toronto in a rented apartment with 4 Gujarati friends. Ayush had left home on the evening of May 5, but did not return for a day and a half.

Friends informed Ayush’s father Rameshbhai by calling him. At the behest of Rameshbhai, the friends lodged a missing report of Ayush with the police. After this, on May 8, Ayush’s body was found. Apart from parents, Ayush also has a younger brother in the family, who studies in Gandhinagar.

The whole village participated in the last journey
Ayush’s body reached Sidsar village late last night, where his last rites were performed this morning. Insensible parents also shouldered the bier of their young son. Whoever saw the condition of the parents, could not stop his tears. The entire Sidsar village participated in Ayush’s last journey.
