Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived to participate in the All India District Legal Service Authority meet being held for the first time in India. This was the first time that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Justice NV Ramana shared a stage together. Modi said- People are giving priority to online payment in our village. Forty percent of the world’s online payments are made in India. We are at the fore in this.

This is the first time that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Justice of India NV Ramana are together on a platform.

This is the first time that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Justice of India NV Ramana are together on a platform.

Modi began his speech by reciting verses. They said: The body with the limbs, the mouth with the eyes, the kingdom with justice, the food with salt. In other words, just as the various parts of the body fulfill the meaning of the body, the eyes of the face, the salt of food, so justice fulfills the meaning of governance. Our country believes that the ordinary to ordinary person, when no one will listen, then the doors of the court are open. This confidence in justice makes every citizen feel that the country is protecting his rights.

I have been told that in our country more than one crore cases are heard in district courts through video conferencing. Sixty lakh cases have been heard in Supreme Court and High Courts also. This is a good message that we are constantly changing ourselves. The credit for this goes to all of you. Modi smiled and said – It is very pleasant to come among all of you (judges), but it becomes difficult to speak.
