Under its effect, heavy rains are expected in West Bengal and Odisha. While due to the effect of Mocha storm, there is a possibility of light rain in Katihar, Kishanganj, Bhagalpur, Jamui. During this, the sky will be partly cloudy in 19 districts including Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Nawada in the southern part and Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Vaishali in North Bihar.

According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of Cyclone Circle remains in the border areas of Jharkhand and Bihar. Due to its effect strong cold winds are entering Bihar. Due to Mocha, the temperature will remain stable in Bihar for 48 hours. Due to the cold winds blowing at a speed of 12 to 16 kilometers per hour, there will be relief from the heat. On May 15 and 16, there will be light rain in 17 districts including Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa in Bihar. The temperature remained close to 40 in all the districts of Bihar on Friday. The day started with bright sunshine. Due to which the temperature increased by three degrees and at 11 o’clock the mercury was recorded at 42 degrees.

Heat wave conditions are likely in parts of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar and West Bengal from Friday. There will be an outbreak of severe heat and heatwave in Rajasthan for four days till May 13 and in some parts of Andhra till May 16.
