Marshall has launched the new version of Emberton and Willen speakers

Marshall has refreshed its wireless speaker lineup in India this week that still offers its signature sound and the rusty design.

Marshall has expanded its portable speakers’ lineup with the launch of new portable speakers in the Indian market. The company has unveiled two portable audio devices, including Emberton III and Willen II which will be looking to build on the exciting performance and audio reliability of the brand Marshall.

The Emberton III is priced at Rs 17,999, and the Willen II comes with a price tag of Rs 12,499. The two speakers are available for pre-order on the company’s website Marshall.com, with global sales commencing on August 26.

The Marshall Emberton III boasts the company’s signature sound and incorporates ‘True Stereophonic’ technology, offering a multi-directional stereo sound. The speaker, slightly larger than the Willen II, also features spatial and binaural sound capabilities. The frequency of this device can range from 65 Hz to 20,000 Hz, and the Bluetooth range goes up to 100 m.

Both portable speakers get IP67 rating built for dust and water resistance, which means they may be submerged up to 1 metre in water for as long as 30 minutes without damage. The brand says the Emberton III wireless speaker provides a battery life of over 32+ hours, while the Willen II offers over 17 hours of battery life.

The Willen II, on the other hand, promises to deliver powerful and balanced sound with improved drivers, overall acoustics, and enhanced bass despite its compact size. The audio frequency ranges between 75-20,000 Hz. It offers a playtime of over 17 hours on a single charge. The charging time might go up to 2.5 hours.

Both speakers support Bluetooth LE Audio-ready, making them future-proof for upcoming audio-sharing capabilities such as Auracast. This technology will let users broadcast music to multiple compatible speakers at once.
