The registration deadline for the MAH MBA Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2024 has been extended by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill the registration form by visiting the official website at mba2024.mahacet.org.in. It is to be noted that the new deadline is tomorrow, July 31.
Originally, the last date to register for the MAH MBA CAP was July 22, which was then deferred to July 27, and now it has been further extended to July 31. The MAH MBA CAP 2024 is being held in a single round, with the document verification process until August 1, 2024.
The official notification reads, “Registration for the CAP has been extended till 31-07-2024 up to 05.00 PM, and verification and confirmation of applications have been extended until 01-08-2024 up to 05.00 PM.”
MAH MBA CAP 2024 Registration 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Talking about the eligibility criteria, the Maharashtra candidates must be citizens of India. They must have completed at least a three-year bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate marks. The degree must be awarded by any of the universities recognized by the University Grants Commission. Moreover, All India candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and have obtained valid marks in any one of the following exams to be eligible:

–– Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM)
–– Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT), conducted by the NTA.
–– Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) administered by Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur
–– Aptitude Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) held by the Association of Indian Management Schools
MAH MBA CAP 2024 Registration 2024: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Login to the official website at mba2024.mahacet.org.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, search for and click on the ‘New Candidate Registration’ link.
Step 3: Then, applicants will be redirected to a new page where they have to register themselves to proceed for application form.
Step 4: Register yourself and fill in the application form with the required academic and personal details.
Step 5: Once done, pay the prescribed application fee and click on the submit button.
Step 6: Save a copy and take a printout of your application for future reference.
MAH MBA CAP 2024 Registration 2024: Application Fee
–– General category candidates from Maharashtra, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), UT of Ladakh migrant applicants, UT of J&K, children of Indian workers in Gulf countries (CIWGC): Rs 1,200.
–– Reserved category candidates falling under SC, ST, VJ/DT, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, OBC, SEBC, EWS, and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only: Rs 1,000.
–– NRI, OIO, OCI, and FN candidates: Rs 10,000.
Meanwhile, the registration process is held for candidates seeking admissions to first-year MBA and MMS programs in various institutes across Maharashtra, including government, government-aided, unaided private professional educational, and university-managed institutes.
