Madras High Court has made important remarks regarding marriage and upbringing of children. The High Court says that marriage is not only for physical pleasure, but people bind in this sacred bond to take forward their family. A child born after marriage acts as a bond between husband and wife, which strengthens their relationship.

The relationship between parents and children never ends.
Justice Krishnan Ramaswamy made the observation while hearing a child custody case between a lawyer couple. He said that the love between husband and wife may end, their relationship may also end, but their relationship with the child as mother and father does not end. No matter whether a woman or a man marries second or third, he always remains the parent for the children.

The woman said – the husband does not allow the child to meet
According to media reports, the wife had complained to the court that her lawyer husband does not allow her to meet the child. While the court, while giving custody of the child to the husband, said that the mother can meet the child whenever she wants. The woman said that my husband is not following the directions of the court. The woman has accused her husband of parental alienation (inciting or abetting by one parent to keep the child away from the other parent).

Parental alienation is a danger to children – court
Justice Ramaswamy termed parental alienation as inhuman and a threat to the child. He said that turning a child against a parent is not right. The child grows up holding the hands of both the mother and the father, but even if the parents are separated for some reason, the child still needs both of them till they are young.

Justice said that it is not easy to fill hatred for someone in the minds of children. Hate comes in the mind of a child when someone trusted by them teaches them this.
