Kejriwal’s announced a broad spectrum of public welfare initiatives, including free electricity and improved healthcare for the country.
Attacking BJP, Kejriwal asked where are the guarantees PM Modi announced earlier. He said PM Modi could not fulfill his guarantee of 24×7 electricty to the entire country and questioned what happened to the promise of SMART cities.
“BJP has always failed on its promises; my guarantees have proven track record,” Kejriwal said. “People have to decide whether to go for ‘Kejriwal ki Guarantee’ or ‘Modi Guarantee.”
