In Bangalore, a girl killed her live-in partner. The matter was related to uploading of personal photos of the girl and her mother on social media. According to the police, when the architect Pratibha saw his pictures on social media. When he investigated, he came to know that Vikas had uploaded them with a fake ID.
The police have arrested the accused Pratibha, his friends Gautam and Sushil. One of the accused Surya is absconding.
Was working in City Hospital after MBBS
Police said that the man who died, Dr. Vikas completed his MBBS course from Ukraine and was working in a private hospital in the city. Earlier he was in Chennai, later came to Bangalore to do certificate course. A year ago Vikas and Pratibha took a house on rent near Udupi Garden and started living together there. Their families were also aware that they were live-in and about to get married.
There was an argument between the two 10 days ago.
When Pratibha came to know that Vikas had uploaded her and mother’s photos with fake IDs, she asked Vikas about it on September 10. There was a fierce fight between the two. After this Pratibha informed her friends about the incident. They came home and again had an argument. Meanwhile, Pratibha attacked Vikas.
Vikas fainted after being hit by sticks and bottles
The accused girl Pratibha attacked Vikas with the sticks and bottles of the mob wiping the floor. Due to which he fainted. The accused took her to Jayshree Hospital. But the doctors asked him to be referred to St. John’s Medical College for further treatment. where he died of injuries.
Police registered a case on brother’s complaint
Meanwhile, Pratibha tells the police the false story of Vikas unconscious that Vikas had a fight with friends, in which he got injured. He called Vikas’s elder brother Vijay and told him the same. Vikas succumbed to his injuries during treatment on September 14. Vijay later lodged a complaint with the Begur police. Based on this, Pratibha and her friends were arrested.
