Lily Allen and David Harbour have been married for almost four years and frequently appear together at public events.

American actor David Harbour and his British singer-songwriter wife, Lily Allen, have been happily married for nearly four years. The couple got hitched in a low-key ceremony in 2020 and are often spotted publicly appearing together. While fans are mostly aware of their public relationship status, Lily Allen recently got candid and revealed some “bedroom secrets” with her husband. During the recent episode of her Miss Me? podcast, the English songstress opened up about her sexual preferences and even about turning down her husband, David Harbour’s bedroom requests.

Diving into their personal lives, Allen admitted that she sometimes rejects a few things that Harbour asks for. “I wonder if I kink-shame my husband. Because he often asks for things, and I’m like ‘No babe, it’s not happening,” she said.

“Not like, ‘How dare you ask me to do that!’ I’m just like, a little headache. I have a bit of a headache, maybe not tonight,” Allen continued, further explaining that she never judges people when it comes to their sexual preferences and normalises everything.

The 39-year-old was previously married to Sam Cooper from 2011 until 2018 and shares two daughters, Mary and Marnie Rose. Following her separation, Allen sparked romance rumours with the Stranger Things actor in 2019 and eventually exchanged vows in September 2020.

Following his marriage, the actor expressed admiration and gratitude and told People that he felt grateful to not be alone anymore and have someone to share everything with. “We can share this experience of walking through life together. I’m always so overcome with gratitude for that because I’ve been alone for most of my life,” he said in 2021.

David Harbour ‘Controls’ His Wife’s Phone

The recent comments come on the heels of another surprising revelation when Allen shared that Harbour controls what apps she has on her phone. Speaking to The Sunday Times, she said, “I now have a kids’ phone called Pinwheel. It has no browsing capability and no social media, but you can still have Uber and Spotify. My husband is the caregiver on it, so he controls what I’m allowed to have as an app on my phone. I’m the controller of his as well.”
