Some MLAs who met Rahul Gandhi said that they have raised issues regarding the state. Pargat Singh, one of the MLAs who is critical of the Chief Minister, said: "If the CM is ready to address the issues raised by me, the matter will be resolved."
Meanwhile, Amarinder Singh expressed his displeasure during the meeting on Tuesday for targeting the party panel and said that undue pressure was being created by some individuals, sources said.
However, senior party leader Mallikarjun Kharge, who heads the three-member panel that has got a bigger mandate to prepare for the elections, besides resolving factionalism in the state party unit, said: "Everyone has said that they will contest the elections together and the party is united under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi."
