Govardhan Puja a day later due to eclipse after Diwali
This time there is a solar eclipse on Deepawali and Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn are in their respective zodiac signs, such a yoga has not been made in the last 1300 years. answer: When the sutak of the eclipse remains, then auspicious works like worship and recitation are not done. Because of this all the temples remain closed. Question: Why does a solar eclipse happen?
answer: There are different reasons for this from the point of view of religion and science. According to science, the Earth revolves around the Sun along with the Moon and the Moon revolves around the Earth. When the Moon comes between the Earth and the Sun while orbiting and these three planets are in a straight line, then the Moon’s shadow falls on the Earth. Wherever the shadow of the moon falls, the sun is not visible. This condition is called solar eclipse. From the perspective of religion, the story of eclipse is related to Rahu and Ketu.
