Kolkata Doctor Case: CBI In Action, Investigation To Reveal Major Details Soon | ABP News

The ongoing turmoil across the country over the rape and murder case of a female doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in West Bengal’s capital has intensified. Since the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took charge of the case, the investigation has picked up pace. The CBI has already submitted a status report to the court and is now conducting extensive interrogations with the suspects. The agency is hopeful that the case will be resolved soon. On Saturday, August 24, a polygraph test was conducted on several individuals, including former RG Kar Medical College Principal Dr. Sandeep Ghosh, four doctors who were on duty at the time of the crime, and accused Sanjay Roy. Sanjay broke down when the Sealdah court granted the CBI permission for the test.
