‘Chhote’ brother-in-law made a deal of 500 crores
Kumar Vishwas wrote a post on social media on Monday, retweeting a news related to the new liquor policy. In this post, he wrote, ‘Delhi liquor mafia, along with liquor hoarder MLA, came to me in 2016 with a recommendation to implement the policy of reducing the age of drinkers from 21 (reducing) to 18 (years) and opening 1000 new contracts.’

Vishwas further wrote, ‘I had scolded me and warned both the leaders. Now the brother-in-law of the younger man has set the case in a deal worth 500 crores.

Sources close to Vishwas say that he has used the words Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia for both the leaders in his post. Also, by writing short ones, he has pointed towards Sisodia only.

849 liquor shops are open in Delhi under the new policy
In the new liquor policy, the Delhi government has encouraged private wine shops instead of government contracts. Under this policy, 849 liquor shops have been opened in Delhi. In the new policy, license has been given to open 3 liquor shops in every ward. Along with this, the drinking age has also been reduced from 21 years to 18 years.

BJP sitting in opposition in Delhi is also opposing this new policy. The BJP had also made a big demonstration against it in Delhi on the first day of the year. BJP leaders had accused Kejriwal of taking a bribe of Rs 2000 crore. It was also said that on one hand Kejriwal is promising to ban liquor by going to Punjab, while on the contrary he is promoting alcoholism in Delhi.
