1. Supreme Court did justice to the people of Delhi
Kejriwal said – The order of the Supreme Court that has come today is a historic order in many ways. It is a huge victory for the people of Delhi. The Supreme Court has done justice to the injustice done to the people of Delhi.

2. PM snatched transfer-posting rights from us
He said, ‘8 years ago today, on February 14, 2015, our government was formed. Within 3 months of forming the government, the Prime Minister got an order passed by the Central Government that the matters of Delhi’s services would no longer be with the Chief Minister, but with the Center or the LG. This means that all the officers and employees working in Delhi, transfer-posting, appointment, posting of peons from IAS will not be with the Delhi government.

3. Delhi’s work was stopped through officers
Kejriwal said, ‘That means I am the Chief Minister and someone is taking bribe in front of me, so I cannot take action on him. We could not decide who would be the secretary of health and education. It has been 8 years, using this the work of Delhi was stopped. Intentionally. They will keep such an education secretary who does not work. Those who obstruct will be made. 5. Will work with 10 times more speed
Kejriwal said, ‘Now we have got a chance that the work of Delhi will be done at 10 times the speed. It is most important that we have to give such an administration, which works, is sensitive to the needs. There will be a huge administrative change in the next few days. Officers will be transferred on the basis of work. There are some employees and officers who stopped the work of the people of Delhi, stopped medicines, stopped water. Will identify such employees and officers, they will have to bear the fruits of their deeds.

There were some who were feeling suffocated, they wanted to work. They will get a chance to work. Corrupt and incompetent, they will be removed from good posts. Those who work will be given a chance.

6. Will give the ideal model of governance to the country
Kejriwal said, ‘All the shortcomings inside the system will be removed. The entire system, employees and officers will be made responsible to the public. Just like Delhi gave the model of education and health to the country, similarly we will keep the model of governance. There are many such posts which are not needed. Any employee-officer sitting creates 4 hindrances in the work of the public. Will vacate or abolish such posts. Where there are more posts, they will be reduced.

7. Vigilance will take action against the corrupt in our hands
He said, ‘ACB is not with the elected government, but vigilance has come. We can take action against those who do wrong things, indulge in corruption. I am now going to take blessings from LG. Earlier there was responsibility but no power. Now we will be able to do all the things in the assembly where the budget is kept and talked about. Many decisions of LG are wrong and many cases are going on in the Supreme Court. Now it seems that there will be no need to go to the Supreme Court and the High Court. Will take a decision at our level.

8. The Prime Minister is like the father of the states, he will look to them in times of trouble
He said, ‘Prime Minister is like a father. Like the place of the father in the family. It is his responsibility to bring up all the children properly. If there is Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi, then he is also our Prime Minister. There is a BJP government in some state, Congress government in some, they all look at the PM like a father that they will help if there is any trouble.

9. The aim of the center was to fail our government
Delhi Chief Minister said, ‘In 2015 our power was snatched away. Today the Supreme Court proved that the order of the Central Government was wrong. His aim in passing such a wrong order was to fail the Aam Aadmi Party of Delhi. This was not to be done. Fight in the elections, fight there, but after the elections we will have to work together.

10. LG is requested to let us work
Kejriwal said, ‘My request to the LG is that let us work. You have wasted so much time. If you want to rule Delhi, then win the hearts of the people of Delhi, don’t vote for the common man next time, people should do such work. Don’t put your feet in our work. If you win then you do the work.
