Jhansi. The 68th Foundation Day of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was celebrated at the main gate of Wagon Repair Factory, Jhansi under the chairmanship of Rajaram Meena Zonal President. Dr. Ravindra Shukla, International President Hindi Sahitya Bharati, National General Secretary of Indian Railway Mazdoor Sangh Mangesh Deshpande and District President Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh CK Chaturvedi were present as chief guest in the program.

The National General Secretary, while remembering the founder of the organization, Late Dattopant Thengadi ji, said that this organization is a completely non-political organization and it is an organization created by the employees for the employees and keeping in mind the national interest, in the interest of the industry and employees. works. Apart from this, the General Secretary took the decision to gherao the Parliament in Delhi on November 17, 2022, opposing corporatization / privatization, taking a jibe at the government. The policy of privatization corporatization is not beneficial for the employees as well as the general public, poor farmers etc. Due to the struggle of BRMS, the government had to abolish the ceiling of night work allowance. To make the movement of November 17, 2022 a success, more and more employees were asked to move to Delhi.

The District President opposed the oppressive policy being run by the administration on the employees in the factory and demanded immediate return of the money for 2 days to the employees, otherwise the union will be forced to take it through the labor court. The District President accused the administration of taking the fortunes of employees to both the recognized organizations, whereas in the past, the employees rejected the leadership of both the organizations and expressed their faith UMRKS. Both the organizations have been accused of forcibly extorting rupees four hundred as donations from the employees.
