New Delhi: Katrina Kaif has a number of upcoming films in the pipeline and the one film that the fans are most excited about is ‘Merry Christmas’. The film which was announced in 2021, will see Katrina Kaif collaborating with southern superstar Vijay Sethupathi and director Sriram Raghavan.
Produced by Ramesh Taurani, the film has faced delays owing to the surge in COVID-19 cases. Now, a new update has been doing rounds about the film regarding its shooting. According to a report of ETimes, Katrina Kaif will finish shooting for the movie with Raghavan in just one go.
A source has revealed to ETimes that Katrina will be participating in shoots at live locations for the film and plans to complete ‘Merry Christmas’ in one go. The report also states that the schedule planned by the filmmaker is just for 60 days and that the indoor leg of the shoot has begun in a South Mumbai studio and will be shot at live locations post that. The shoot is scheduled majorly for Mumbai only.
The source revealed ETimes, “Katrina Kaif will begin shooting with Sriram from February 10th and will complete the film in one go. The shooting of the film, which started with a live location in South Mumbai, will again travel to various live locations of the city after completing the studio schedule.”
Apart from ‘Merry Christmas’, Katrina has quite some movies in her kitty. She will be seen in ‘Tiger 3’ with Salman Khan and ‘Phone Bhoot’ with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. It is also rumoured that Vicky Kaushal will be paired opposite her in Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zara’, which also stars Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.
