After resigning from the Congress on May 16, senior leader Kapil Sibal filed a Rajya Sabha nomination as an Independent candidate.
Congress heavyweight Kapil Sibal resigned from the party on May 16 and filed a Rajya Sabha nomination from the Samajwadi Party. He said, “I have filed nomination as an Independent candidate with the help of SP.”
He said there is not a single serious leader in the party anymore.
