Kanpur: Divyanshu 6 wicket haul helped Kanpur Grand Club beat Olympic Club by 72 runs in C division KDMA league match held at the Kanpur South ground on Saturday.
Kanpur Grand, batting first, scored 166 runs with the help of unbeaten 74 runs knock of Mohd Sanyal. Thereafter, they wrapped the Olympic Club’s innings on 94 runs. Divyanshu caused maximum damage by claiming six wickets for 18 runs.
In another C division league match, Wanders Club outplayed Yashraj Cricket Academy by 2 wickets at the Mother Teresa ground. Yashraj Academy, putting into bat, first scored 132 runs while Wanders Club scored 135 runs for the loss of 8 wickets and won the match.
