The makers of Jagjag Jio are all set to release the first song of the film. ‘The Punjab Song’ On Saturday and on Friday, a teaser of the video was shared with fans. The song is set during a wedding and appears to be a dance number.
The promo was shared with the caption, “SAARI DUNIYA MEIN JI HIT HAI PUNJABI SACH!🔥🕺🏻

Earlier, Pakistani singer Abrar-ul-Haq had accused the makers of Jugjug Jio of copying his song without permission. Abrar shared on Twitter, “I have not sold my song Nach Punjaban to any Indian film and reserve the right to approach court to claim damages. Producers like @karanjohar should not use copy songs. This is my 6th song being copied which will not be allowed at all. @DharmaMovies @karanjohar.”
Music label T-Series, however, replied that they had acquired the song legally. His statement read, “All due credits will be included across all platforms upon release of the song. As represented by Moviebox Records, the said song copyrights are vested only with Moviebox with all valid documents.
Jugjug Jio is a family comedy starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Varun DhawanManiesh Paul among others. The film is releasing in theaters on June 24.
