JP Nadda accuses opposition of ‘divisive’ politics, lists communal violence under Congress rule

  • Bharatiya Janta Party chief JP Nadda accused opposition parties of engaging in ‘petty’, ‘divisive’ and ‘vote bank’ politics. He stated the list of communal violence incidents during Congress’s rule is long. Nadda’s open letter comes in the wake of a group of opposition parties issuing a joint statement targeting PM Modi over his “silence” on the spate of communal clashes across the country on Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti celebrations.
