In Himachal Pradesh, the police cut the challan of the bride and groom’s car. This action took place near Shaheed Smarak near Majra on National Highway-7. Majra police took this action.

Actually the name of the bride and groom was written on the number plate of the car. When the police saw this, they stopped the car at the block. The rear number plate of the car was hidden by writing the name. Because of which the police while teaching him a lesson of the law issued a challan under the Motor Vehicle Act and imposed a fine of Rs.500.

Otherwise the number did not show on the back of the car
In fact, the Himachal Police had put a blockade near the Martyr’s Memorial on the National Highway. During this, the violation of helmet, seat belt along with other motor vehicle rules was being investigated. Meanwhile, another car came there from another state. In which the bride and groom were riding. A sticker with the names of the bride and groom was pasted on the number plate of the car. Seeing this, the police stopped the vehicle.

Advice given to the bride and groom
When the police stopped the car, there was an argument about the presence of the bride and groom in it and the carriage of the wedding procession. However, the police also taught the motor vehicle rules to the bride and groom. After this, the fine was collected by cutting the challan.

SHO said – this is a serious crime
SHO Majra police station Gurmel Singh said that if the sticker on the number plate of the bride-groom’s vehicle is pasted, fine will be imposed. It is a serious offense according to the rules, he said.
