Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has given big information about recruitment in railways.

Getting a government job in India is a tough task. The youth have to face a lot of struggle. Thousands and lakhs of candidates apply for the vacancy of a few hundred seats. The youth have to prepare for a long time to crack the exam. Recently, Indian Railways said they will release the recruitment calendar for various posts. It is being shared that the Railways has prepared the recruitment calendar, and it will be made public soon. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has given big information about recruitment in railways. When asked about recruitment in railways, Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said in an interview that the government has prepared a recruitment calendar to fill the vacancies in the railways.

He said, “Four quarters have been linked to a particular category of employment. The first quarter from January to March has been set aside for the recruitment of loco pilots, the second quarter for hiring technicians and junior engineers, the third quarter for the recruitment of non-technical staff, and the fourth quarter for level-1 officers.”

This means that vacancies will be released for various posts in every quarter. Candidates can start their preparations according to the calendar.

Ashwini Vaishnaw, who is facing criticism over rail accidents, said on Wednesday that the national transport service is the lifeline of the country and there should be no political allegations and counter-allegations about it.

Vaishnaw also said that some disturbing facts have come to the fore in some incidents, but the Railways is conducting a detailed investigation of every incident.

He also added, “Railways and defence are such areas that should not be politicised. I believe that railways should not be made the subject of political allegations and counter-allegations.”

Ashwini Vaishnaw also said that railways are the lifeline of the country, and if anything negative happens, then every effort should be made to ensure that train services are operated efficiently.

He further said that the Railways has added 5,300 km of railway line to the existing network during the last year. Ashwini Vaishnaw said, “10 years ago the average speed of construction in railways was four kilometres per day. Today it is 14.5 kilometres per day.”

He also shared that all the approved railway projects will be completed in the next 5 years.
