In Mumbai, BJP leaders hit shoes on the poster of Rahul Gandhi. BJP MLA Ram Kadam named it the Shoo Maro Andolan. He told that during the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi had made a derogatory statement about Veer Savarkar. Shiv Sena has also been targeted in BJP’s performance. The poster shows a black band in the eyes and mouth of Uddhav Thackeray. BJP called Uddhav the Dhritarashtra of Kalyug.
During the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Karnataka on Saturday, Rahul Gandhi had said that Savarkar used to work for the British and he used to get money for it.

BJP MLA Ram Kadam, raining shoes on Rahul Gandhi’s poster, said that Rahul keeps on giving contrary statements about Savarkar, which will not be accepted at all. He should apologize in front of the people of the country.

During the Protest, the BJP has also raised slogans against Shiv Sena and has raised questions on Uddhav’s silence. MLA Ram Kadam said that why is Uddhav not clarifying his stand on Rahul’s statement on Savarkar? Why is he not criticizing Rahul Gandhi? The BJP MLA further said that Uddhav has renounced Hindutva and has compromised with Balasaheb Thackeray’s ideology.

BJP has also protested against Rahul for his statement regarding Savarkar. BJP said that people have accepted the Hindutva ideology of RSS and Savarkar. Due to this, Rahul Gandhi is in depression and is giving out nonsense statements.
BJP in Pune said that before talking about Savarkar, Rahul should study the history of independence.
