The reason for which is being cited as the bad air quality.Community health centres and public hospitals are filled with patients with heart diseases. According to the Begusarai IMA Secretary Dr Ranjan Chaudhary and Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh, a cardiologist, there is a rapid increase of heart patients in the government and private hospitals. The patients are complaining of symptoms like chest pain, throat pain, back pain, sweating and pain in both arms. Reportedly, these conditions are said to be the early symptoms of a heart attack.

Studies show that air pollution can develop cardiovascular diseases in people, because of this a person may experience irregular heartbeats, fatigues, chest tightness, and breathing problems. Dust particles in smog, smoke, and clean looking air can also be a cause for cardiovascular ailments. It is also being reported that in the last three months, cases of death because of heart failure have increased at a rapid rate. More reports state that if this situation is not taken under control, the death graph is predicted to rise fast.
