India Mobile Congress 2023 is jointly organised by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI).
IMC 2023: Asia’s largest technology forum, India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2023, is set to start from October 27 (Friday). The IMC 2023 will take place for three days — 27th, 28th and 30th October, 2023 in New Delhi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 7th Edition of the Indian Mobile Congress 2023 at 9:45 AM on 27th October, 2023 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
During the programme, the Prime Minister will award 100 ‘5G Use Case Labs’ to educational institutions across the country. These labs are being developed under the ‘100 5G labs initiative’

IMC 2023 is jointly organised by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI). The event will act as a platform to highlight India’s advancements in telecommunications and technology.
IMC 2023: What To Expect
The three day congress will highlight technologies such as 5G, 6G, Artificial intelligence (AI) and discuss issues pertaining to semiconductor industry, green technology, cybersecurity etc.
This year, IMC is introducing a startup program – ‘Aspire’. It will foster connections between startups, investors, and established businesses with an aim to catalyse fresh entrepreneurial initiatives and collaborations.
IMC 2023 will be attended by over one lakh participants from about 22 countries including about 5000 CEO level delegates, 230 exhibitors, 400 startups, and other stakeholders.
IMC 2023 will also expand to related tech domains such as broadcast, sat-com, manufacturing, and semiconductors through collaborations with various associations like Elcina, IESA, ISpA, DFI and others.
It has also planned to launch several B2G and B2B Forums and Industry Round Tables, Big university and student engagement, and Global buyer forums.
