The Chartered Accountants Foundation 2023 exam was held in offline mode from December 31, 2023, to January 6, 2024
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released a notice informing the result date of the CA Foundation 2023 for the December session. According to the notice, the CA Foundation result 2023 will be released on February 7. Once it is declared, candidates will be able to download the scorecard from the official website of ICAI at icai.org. Once released, candidates will have to enter their registration number along with their roll number on the login window to access the CA Foundation 2023 result.
“The result of the Chartered Accountants Foundation Examinations held in December 2023/January 2024 is likely to be declared on Wednesday, the 7th February 2024 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in,” reads the official notice.
The ICAI CA Foundation result will include the candidate’s marks in each subject, as well as their overall score and rank. Along with the results, the institute will publish the pass percentage and the CA Foundation toppers list.
ICAI CA Foundation Result 2023: Step To Download
Step 1: Go to the official website of ICAI at icaiexam.icai.org.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘CA Foundation 2023 Result for December session’ link.
Step 3: As a new window opens, enter the login details (registration number along with their roll number). Then click on submit.
Step 4: The ICAI CA Foundation December 2023 result will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Check and download the CA Foundation result.

The Chartered Accountants Foundation 2023 exam was held in offline mode from December 31, 2023, to January 6, 2024. The exam was conducted at approximately 290 exam centres across the country. Candidates who pass the CA Foundation exam will be eligible to apply for the CA Intermediate exam, which is the second level of the CA programme.
Candidates must obtain a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each subject and a 50 per cent aggregate in all four subjects in a single attempt to be eligible for the ICAI CA Foundation results December 2023. According to the ICAI CA Foundation exam pattern, each incorrectly marked answer is deducted one-fourth of the marks allotted to that question.
