ICAI CA Final Exam 2024 Postponed Due to Diwali, Now To Begin On November 3

ICAI CA Exam Postponed: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has postponed the CA Final November 2024 exam due to the Diwali festival. According to the revised schedule, the Group 1 exams will now start on November 3, and Group 2 exams will commence on November 9, as confirmed by ICAI official Dhiraj Khandelwal.

“It is hereby announced for general information that in view of Diwali (Deepavali) Festival across India, the Chartered Accountants Final Examination, November 2024 stands rescheduled,” the ICAI said in its latest notification.

The exams were initially scheduled for November 1 to 11. However, with Diwali being celebrated from October 29 to November 3 this year, the ICAI has decided to postpone the CA Final November 2024 exams.

“It may further be noted that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule mentioned above, being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Authority,” it added.

The examination fee for students at Indian centers is Rs 1,800 for a single group and Rs 3,300 for both groups. For students at overseas centers, the fee is US$ 325 for one group and US$ 550 for both groups. For those appearing at centers in Bhutan and Kathmandu, the fee is Rs 2,200 for a single group and Rs 4,000 for both groups.
