Seven days ago, on April 21, a half-burnt body of a woman was recovered from a ruined house built in a field in village Kukdola, falling in Manesar area of Gurugram. This field was taken on lease by a person named Umed Singh. Umed Singh was informed by someone about smoke coming out from inside the room built in his farm. Later, when Umaid reached the room with the police, the half-burnt body was lying there. Both hands and neck were found missing from the body. Police searched the surrounding area, but no other body part was found. After this the forensic teams arrived. The body was sent for postmortem.
Legs found after 2 days, then neck found
Just two days after this, on April 23, the police found two legs and severed hands in Manesar area itself. When the police took the investigation further, it came to know that these are the hands and feet of the woman whose torso was found. After this, the police also kept him in the postmortem house.
Found neck after 3 days
Three days later, on April 26, the woman’s neck was found in Kherkidola area. After this, when the police took forward the investigation of the case, the clue of the accused Jitendra was found. Gurugram Police has arrested Jitendra. He will be produced in the court on Friday and taken on remand.
Husband confessed the crime, police will reveal the reason for the murder
The arrested accused husband is Jitendra, a resident of Gandhi Nagar. Jitendra works in a company in Manesar, an industrial town in Gurgaon, and lived here with his wife.
