The case is of Malayankeezhu of Thiruvananthapuram. Dilip-Athira had a love marriage after a long relationship. On October 16, Dilip reached home after getting drunk. He assaulted Athira. Actually Athira used to work in a supermarket store, but Dileep did not like it.
The age of accused Dileep is 27 years. He and Athira also have two children.
