How To Appear For NEET Exam After Passing Class 12 Without Biology – News18

The NEET exam is conducted every year.

Students will have to consult their school, and pass examinations for 11th and 12th Biology.

Candidates who aspire to study MBBS are required to qualify for the NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) examination. If they have not opted for Biology in 11th and 12th, they lose the eligibility to take the examination. However, according to the reports, there is a way to overcome this if one is passionate about taking the examination. If a candidate missed the chance to register themselves in Biology for NEET, they can get admitted in the 12th standard again with Biology. They would have to re-enrol themselves in order to study Biology for NEET. To do this, the student will have to consult the school and have to pass an examination for 11th Biology. After that, they would also have to give the paper for 12th Biology. To prepare for the papers, the student will have to study with a Bio-specialist.

Simply put, in the first year they have to enrol in the 11th and pass the Biology paper. Then the next year, in the 12th class, they will have to register themselves with the board and opt for one subject only, which is Biology. After passing the 12th Biology examination, the student will be eligible to take the NEET examination. The students would have to get themselves enrolled privately.

According to reports, the scores from both the marksheets will be added. Then it will be decided whether they are eligible to sit for NEET.

NEET was formerly called All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT). It was developed by the National Testing Agency in 2013. The examination was not conducted in 2014 and 2015 due to legal problems. For the first time, the test was conducted on May 5, 2013. The examination is organised once every year.
