Homable Films Unveil First Look Of Dhoomam Starring Fahadh Faasil And Aparna Balamurali

New Delhi: Production house Hombale Films, known for films like ‘KGF’ and ‘Kantara’, has released the first look of their upcoming film ‘Dhoomam.’ The film stars Fahadh Faasil, national award winner Aparna Balamurali and Roshan Mathew in the lead.

Sharing the first look poster of ‘Dhoomam’, Homable Films shared the intriguing and captivating first look featuring the leads, Fahadh Faasil and Aparana Balamurali. They captioned it: “There is no smoke without fire, here is the first spark. Presenting #Dhoomam First LookA #DhoomamFirstLook.”

In the poster, Fahadh Faasil’s lips are taped. The other characters are also seen in the background, including Aparana Balamurali.

According to the makers, ‘Dhoomam’ is billed as a fast-paced thriller with an intensive plot. The movie has been extensively shot in Karnataka and Kerala.

“We are excited to present the first look of ‘Dhoomam’, a movie that promises to keep the audience on the edge of their seats with its intriguing storyline and captivating performances. We have a talented cast and crew who have worked tirelessly to bring this movie to life and we are confident that the movie will be a hit among the fans,” said Kiragandur in a statement.

Directed by Pawan Kumar, ‘Dhoomam’ marks the second announcement from Hombale Films into the Malayalam Film Industry, after the announcement of ‘Tyson’ starring Prithviraj Sukumaran earlier.

‘Dhoomam’, a thriller, will be released in 4 languages: Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. The film also star Achyut Kumar, Joy Mathew, Dev Mohan, and Anu Mohan in pivotal roles.

The film marks a reunion between Faasil and Balamurali after 2016’s ‘Maheshinte Prathikaaram’.

Fahadh Faasil was last seen in Malayankunju, directed by Mahesh Narayanan. He also has Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 in the pipeline.

Apart from ‘Dhoomam’, Hombale Films is looking ahead with pan India films like ‘Salaar’, and ‘Yuva’.

The prequel of their most talked about film ‘Kantara’ was also recently announced and the writing work began last month on Ugadi, which is the Kannada New Year.

Hombale Films’ ‘Kantara’ starring Rishab Shetty is one the biggest breakout films that Indian cinema saw last year.
