Today is Holi. Holi is raga. is colour. There is glee. There is love There is compassion. There is harmony. When the feet start dancing. When music started playing in the mind. Man Madan danced. So understand it is Holi. Holi of engrossment. Of trance It is a seven-coloured festival of dance and laughter. All other festivals are celebrated. There is only one Holi, which is played. Holi is played in different ways in different parts of the country.
Masana Holi is celebrated in Banaras. At Manikarnika Ghat, where the ashes of the funeral pyre never extinguish, Aghori and sadhus who have reached there play Holi considering Lord Shankar as their deity. sing-
