Hearing was held in Allahabad High Court on Monday in Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Shahi Idgah dispute case. The High Court expressed displeasure over the process of hearing the Mathura Court. The High Court said that whatever action has been taken so far, the District Judge Mathura should apprise it. If the survey is needed, why is it being delayed? Why has the decision not been taken on the number of applications received so far? The reason for this should also be given.

Now hearing will be held on August 2
The High Court has fixed August 2 for the next hearing. It is believed that the High Court will pronounce the decision in the next hearing. Hearing was held in the High Court on the petition filed by Manish Yadav as a descendant of Lord Krishna. The High Court has sought the report of the plaintiff and the respondent in this case from the District Court of Mathura.

An agreement was reached in 1968. Under this, a wall was built between the Shri Krishna Janmasthan Temple and the Idgah Masjid in Mathura.

There is a demand for survey and court commission in Shahi Idgah
Manish Yadav of Lucknow, who claims to be a descendant of Shri Krishna, had filed a petition in the Mathura Court demanding a survey of the Shahi Idgah Masjid and the formation of a court commission. After the delay in hearing of the case, Manish Yadav filed a petition in the High Court.

Decision may come in this time hearing
After the hearing, Manish Yadav said, “The first step in this trial is the court commission survey, so my demand was that a survey of the Shahi Idgah should be conducted. Only the survey report will make it clear what is the situation. In which direction to proceed the case next.” On this, the High Court ordered that the District Court should report the matter. Now the date has been given for the decision on August 2. The High Court can pronounce the decision on the survey on August 2.
