A consignment of heroin was found on the India-Pakistan border in Firozpur district of Punjab this morning. During patrolling, BSF jawans saw the feet of a person. After that, when a search operation was conducted in the area, 14 packets of yellow color were recovered, which were filled with heroin. It is being told that these packets have come from Pakistan through drone.

As per the information received, the consignment was found with BOP Jagdish. Each packet contains about 100 grams of heroin, which means the total weight of the recovered heroin is 1 kg 400 grams. BSF officials told that at around 6.30 am today, the Khura checking party of BSF was patrolling in the area of ​​BOP Jagdish on the border.

According to officials, foot prints of a person coming and going near BP No. 192/16 were noticed during patrolling and immediately a search was started in that area. At around 6:45 pm, the Khura party received 14 small packets and each packet contained about 100-100 grams of intoxicant heroin, which is worth crores.
