The caller told that he called me as the in-charge of the CIA-I was not picking his phone. The caller said that the CIA-I in-charge brought his brother Surya Pratap alias Noni Rana on production remand to Yamunanagar from Central Jail, Ambala in connection with a extortion case. The CIA-I in-charge wanted to implicate his brother in this extortion case. The caller said that CIA-I in-charge had already implicated his brother in Raghunath murder case of Yamunanagar.”
