Haryana budget 2022: ‘Positive policies will uplift Gurugram’s real estate market’ | Gurgaon News – Times of India

The Manohar Lal Khattar government in Haryana presented a Rs 1.77-lakh-crore for 2022-23 on Tuesday. Keeping women in focus, CM Khattar, who also holds the finance portfolio, announced the Haryana Matrushakti Scheme, Sahbhagita scheme and Sushma Swaraj Award.
Housing and women empowerment has been the focus for the state. To strengthen construction and housing in the state, a sum of Rs 383.11 crore have been allocated towards housing for all, an increase by 104.7% over last year. Another decision to provide housing for working women on government land through Sahbhagita Scheme will uplift women status-quo in the state and encourage woman’s contribution towards development and growth.
The proposition towards infrastructure development by creating 300kms of new roads and improvement of 6000kms of existing roads, will be a direct factor in the emergence of growth corridors. This allocation will allow for further expansion and development in Gurugram as well as the state.
Keeping healthcare and medical emergencies as am significant factor, the state government’s proposal to set up Heliport facility in Gurugram will enhance connectivity and access to medical facilities in the city.
The government’s positive and empowering policies, combined with continued infrastructure development, will uplift Gurugram’s real estate market.
