Tundia will be hospitable to the monster
Tundiya Rakshasa is also offered hospitality during the festival, so that the village remains safe from evil spirits and happiness and prosperity prevails throughout the year. It is also believed that he was invited by the gods to get rid of the terror of the Tundia demon.

It was first invited by Maharishi Manu, that is why the festival is first organized in Manali village. Devta Manu Rishi, Kardar and priest of Goddess Hidimba, Raman Sharma told that the Fagli festival has started in the village.
