Controversy over what?

Mohammad Zubair, the founder of an information-seeking website, recently tweeted a video of Nupur Sharma, a former BJP spokesperson. Nupur is alleged to have made controversial remarks at a seminar on Gyanbapi Mosque. That comment about Hazrat Mohammad started a heated debate. Several quarters in West Asia are also vocal about that comment.

In that situation, the BJP suspended Nupur. Another BJP spokesperson, Nabin Kumar Jindal, who was named in the case, was expelled. In that context, Anklet has apologized. Jindal explained his comment. Meanwhile, the Indian ambassador was summoned on behalf of Qatar. Later a country like Kuwait walks the same path. However, India has also made it clear that the controversial remarks made are not New Delhi’s position.
